When I lived in Belize and Guatemala, the Maya Women believed that the full moon enriched a woman's body, renewed her strength, and fed her soul.  Allowing oneself to be bathed in moonlight would nourish her skin and bring out her natural beauty.  So of course, when I lived there, I would get naked and dance in the moonlight with them, with my partner, or even alone.  The magic of those evenings is undeniable and unforgettable.

Now, we have the PINK Full moon happening soon.  So exciting, as this is a time for females to embrace the

power of this feminine moon!

* The evening will also include refreshments of tea, Jackson Springs water, fruit, and chocolate to nourish the body. Feel free to bring something to share!

 * If weather allows, and the sky is fairly clear, we will venture outside for a few moments of moon bathing (don’t worry, we will have our clothes on!)

Please Bring: Water bottle, notebook or journal, pen/pencil, blanket, yoga mat or cushion to sit on, desire to connect and heal.

 Note:  there will be a limited number of mats, blanket, and cushions available, so get there early if you are not brining your own.

(Chairs will be available for those who cannot sit on a mat or cushion)
