 The primary key to tantric sex is cultivating present, relaxed awareness with focus. Extraordinary Pranayama will allow you to develop these qualities outside of your sexual play. As you regularly practice this meditation your body, speech and mind will begin to fall easily into a state of relaxation and presence, allowing you to enjoy more pleasure during solo and partner sex

and more mindfulness in your everyday activities.

Additionally, Extraordinary Pranayama meditation is the foundation of tantric meditation in the Shangpa Kagyu Lineage, and means “weaving light and sound with form. These meditations introduce you to the kind of visualization needed in other tantric practices. It also helps to prepare the energetic body (vajra body),  to be able to perform more advanced tantric practices.​​
